If that doesn't work you may need to 'enable' the 'skill'. That is easy, and it only needs to be done once.
Just say "Alexa, enable West Somerset Radio Skill"
Your device, after a few moments thinking about it, should then play West Somerset Radio.
Should that not work, you will need to use the Alexa app on your smartphone to enable the 'skill' that way.
Follow these steps to enable the Alexa Skill:
1 - Open the App: Open the Alexa app on your smartphone.
2 - Navigate to Skills: Tap the Menu (three lines) or More (bottom right) and select Skills & Games.
3 - Search: Use the magnifying glass icon and search 'West Somerset Radio' for the skill.
4 - Enable: Select the skill, then tap the 'Enable to Use' button.
